BREAKFAST: SCRAMBLE EGG RECIPE / TEA DETOX (2018)


Hello everyone welcome to Mrs. Welcome
back actually to Mrs. Linda’s Corner as you can see.. I’m actually cooking some eggs and I added up in order to stretch them a little bit I want to thank you
and welcome you to Mrs. Linda’s Corner Yes!… this is what I’m preparing today
it’s been a long time guys but I actually locked myself out of my phone
because I couldn’t find my password but now I’m back and that a lot of things
happen since I’ve been gone with the including the death of my sister you
know and I just feel like we should all just do something you know to have a
little positive activity in our own lives give thanks give praise and thanks
for our Heavenly Father Jehovah and whoever it is that you serve you know do
something inspiring do something to help someone else in your day and you know a
smile it doesn’t cost anything and again it goes a long ways so I just want to
say that you know that we should be grateful me thankful for the things that
God has blessed us with when he created us and put us on this planet.
He gave us life and the beautiful things to make us happy as well so anyway so I
hope that you are having a great and wonderful day and I’m just throwing to
go some eggs and a little cilantro and I wanted to share that with you guys yeah
put a little soy milk in here just to stretch it out a little bit and I’ve got
some mrs. – seasoning that I dumped in there with it because I don’t really use
salt because of the blood pressure and I don’t want to cook it too hard because
you know eggs I really have for a long time I didn’t
like I’m cooked soft but there’s just something to the to see the yellow
although these are scrambled I don’t usually scramble my eggs also I’m not to
share with you guys something I made a little bit earlier I actually had some
biscuits that I made I had basically had two cans of plain
cheap biscuits and they my mom had bought them and made some and hers
turned out to be white and flat and they were probably about this big and so I’m
like oh no no oh no I’ve got to do something with these biscuits so what I
did is I actually combined two my my biscuit mix I took some in order to vamp
up the nutrients I took some Quaker Oats I combined it
with that I also took them some new sapphire oil that I’ve come across
recently started bought some of I dumped some of that in there and I just kind of
worked it in with a little cinnamon yeah so I blended this in there a little
cinnamon a little more oil just kind of work the dough in you know what I means
kind of working in a little bit and then I baked it put and I baked it when it
got done after they rose a little bit and they’re still a little soft you know
I had that the lid cover it over them but they taste awesome and what I did is
once I got done. I had taken some but maybe I should take it up but, I took some honey and swiveled it on top this is actually the honey that I
used I took the honey and swiveled it on top and I also took some olive oil
because I ran out of butter I had a piece of butter probably about that big
so I you know rubbed on as much butter as I could but then when that didn’t when I ran out I actually needed one of some more oil
so I took some olive oil and poured it over it and just covered it up and let
it absorb it has a really and then I sprinkled some because of the because it
was you know it’s a it’s a carb So, I sprinkled a low and because of the
sugar I sprinkled a little cayenne a sprinkled cinnamon on top as well and then you see the bottom is nice golden brown when it was hot oil and it made it look like a little butter so those biscuits are delicious
they get a little crunch on the bottom. So, anyway yeah I just want to show that
share that with you guys today hope you’re having a wonderful day these eggs
look like they are all set to go and I think I want to add a little
garlic on the side so let’s see so here’s one of the biscuits that I had
started eating and I’m just going to add a few these eggs on the side and I was
actually picked in these eggs for two so I’m just gonna have it I’m trying to eat
smaller portions you’ll edit you guys struggling to get this weight off but I
liked how I was looking this morning when I woke up I had my stomach was
looking a little flatter I don’t know if you can see it but yeah it was looking a
little flattered this morning and I’ve been working out and exercising and so
yeah so I’m glad that that’s coming along it’s strengthening and tightening
I was doing some toning exercises but not down on the floor I was actually
sitting in my chair just doing some situps you know just
doing some stomach crunches like this I don’t know if you guys have ever done
that before and breathing as you do it and holding the muscles in as you do it
so yeah that’s just kind of what I was doing and I’ve been drinking my waters
and when I woke up this morning that’s how I was looking oh yeah and I made
this special iced tea this tea actually has let’s see this tea actually has it’s green tea actually but I found this African Moringa at a little Asian store
I I’ve been using this Graviola-oh gravely okay I don’t know the
pronunciation of the word but it’s tea it’s supposed to be pure and it helps
fight inflammation so you know I’m always wearing with that I’m still
dealing with these sinus issues, nasal passage issues and I put some bay leaves in this tea as well as some a well as bay leaves as well as peppermints leaves
so I took that and here’s the green tea and I boil that and I actually put one
of the other things I left out is I just a hint of I don’t know if you’ve ever
had this Cranberry Milling Spice it’s um it comes with in there were two bags in
here but yes so I put some of that in there as well it’s practically going because I’ve used it all up but anyway.. So, yeah that’s what I
did to make the tea so these are just some of the things that I’ve been doing
not to help me in my program so I do want to thank you guys for joining me

carbs but that and that’s why I did that to those biscuits to reduce the car
